Please note that while we always aim for timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to support you if that happens.

Returns & Refunds
Each Cleo Lifestyle piece is handcrafted with natural materials, which means small variations in texture or tone make every piece unique. These variations are part of the product’s charm and not considered manufacturing defects.
We truly stand by our quality, but in the rare case that something arrives with a genuine defect, we’ll be here to make it right.
1. When a Return Is Accepted
• Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, color or texture differences, or other non-defect reasons.
• Copper tarnishing is completely natural — it’s a sign of real copper and can easily be cleaned using lemon and salt or a natural copper cleaner.
2. How to Request a Return

• Once reviewed and approved, our team will share the return address with you.
• Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels — the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping.
• Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
3. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we’ll notify you about the status.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
