Yes. The Kalash Copper Pitcher is made from pure, food-grade copper and is safe for use as everyday drinkware.

Here is what you need to know:
✓ Every batch is lab-tested after manufacturing for material purity
✓ No mixed metals, no alloys, no chemical coatings of any kind
✓ Use with clean, filtered, room-temperature or cool water for best results
✓ Hand wash only — mild soap and lukewarm water, or lemon juice and salt for a deeper clean
✓ Do not put it in Dishwasher or Refrigerator
✓ Natural patina (color change or darkening)
that develops over time is a normal characteristic of pure copper and is not a sign of damage or contamination
✓ Not recommended for hot beverages, carbonated drinks, or acidic liquids stored for long periods
✓ You might notice a slight metallic taste in the water once it is naturally charged with copper.

Here is what most Cleo copper drinkware owners tell us they experience day to day:
✓ A noticeably clean, fresh taste from a pitcher that is free of plastic and chemical residue
✓ A hydration ritual that feels intentional, not just a habit
Inspired by the centuries-old Ayurvedic practice of drinking water stored in copper vessels, the Cleo copper drinkware is designed to make your daily hydration feel like a considered choice, not an afterthought.

*Individual experiences vary. The Kalash Copper Pitcher is everyday drinkware. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended as medical claims.
